2021 Vintage Sparkling Brut
Born from a carefully composed blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier sourced from the Eola–Amity Hills and Chehalem Mountains, the 2021 Lust Brut captures the depth and nuance of the vintage. Following secondary fermentation, the wine rested on its lees for four years, building texture, tension, and complexity. Produced in limited quantities, this vintage Brut reflects the precision, freshness, and quiet confidence that only time can shape.
