Aromas of honeysuckle, fresh hazelnut, and almond pastry emerge from the glass, framed by subtle brioche notes from extended lees aging. On the palate, it is streamlined and luminous, carried by bright citrus and a delicate, persistent mousse. The finish is lifted and precise, leaving a lasting impression of finesse and freshness.

Crafted from single-vineyard Chardonnay grapes that have undergone tirage and a second fermentation, the 2021 Lust Vintage Sparkling Blanc-de-Blanc is currently aging on its lees for a minimum of 3 years. This limited-production vintage sparkling wine was released in the Spring of 2025, showcasing the epitome of vintage elegance and finesse that only comes with time and patience.
