We are proud and honored that Sean Sullivan’s Northwest Wine Report has named LucidWild 2023 Renegade Pinot Noir as one of the Top 60 wines of 2025. Here is what he had to say about the wine.

2023 Renegade Pinot Noir – 95 points, Cellar Stocker
This wine was fermented with native yeast, 32% whole cluster. It was subsequently aged 16 months in French oak (38% new). The aromas are brooding out of the gate. With coaxing, they reveal notes of tea leaf, black cherry, dried herb, crushed flower, and coffee grounds. The medium-bodied palate is enveloping, richly textured, flavorful, and exceptionally well-balanced, with exquisite freshness. The finish is endless. It’s a bright shining star for this producer, region, and variety. Best after 2029. 13.0% alcohol. TCA-free micro-agglomerated cork. 500 cases produced. Reviewed December 8, 2025.

2022 Hidden Single Vineyard Wine Chardonnay – 94 points, Critic’s Choice
This is all Dijon clone fruit (95 and 548). It was aged 12 months in neutral French oak. The aromas bring notes of whole lemon, toast, citrus pith, and spice. The palate is on the lighter side of medium-bodied, ethereal, with a snap of citrusy acidity. It’s compelling. Decant and pair it with seared scallops topped with a lemon cream sauce. 12.8% alcohol. TCA-free micro-agglomerated cork. 45 cases produced. Reviewed January 24, 2025.
